1. Fuel & Motorway Tolls: Fuel, M-Tag Motorway toll taxes, and parking fees are paid directly by the client according to actual journey consumption.

2. Standard Duty Hours: Standard within-city local duty is 12 Hours per day. Overtime after 12 hours is charged at nominal hourly rates (Rs. 400–600/hr).

3. Driver Outstation Allowance: For out-of-station trips (Islamabad, Murree, Faisalabad, Northern areas), if meals & night stay are not arranged, a flat Rs. 2,000 / day allowance applies.

4. Documentation Required: Only a valid CNIC copy / Passport copy on WhatsApp. No heavy security deposit required.

1. Original CNIC & Driving License: Original NADRA CNIC (or Passport/NICOP for Overseas Pakistanis) along with a valid computerized Driving License must be presented at handover.

2. Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 50,000 depending on vehicle model) + 1 undated guarantee cheque from renter's bank account.

3. Mileage Limits: Within Lahore limit is 150 km / day. Additional kilometers are charged at clear pre-agreed rates (Rs. 20–35/km).

4. Handover Video Inspection: A 360° vehicle video condition check is recorded prior to handover. Renter is responsible for any traffic challans or dents incurred during tenure.

All listed daily and monthly rates cover the vehicle hire (and driver wages, if chosen). Fuel, Motorway M-Tag tolls, and parking fees are borne by the renter based on actual mileage. Vehicles are handed over with a recorded fuel mark and returned on the same level.
For inter-city trips outside Lahore (such as Islamabad, Murree, Swat, Naran, Multan, or Faisalabad), you may either provide driver meals & lodging at your accommodation, or opt for a simple flat Rs. 2,000 per day Driver Allowance added directly to the invoice.
Yes! Overseas Pakistanis holding a valid International Driving Permit or overseas country license, accompanied by a Pakistani NICOP/Passport copy and local relative reference or hotel booking, are welcome. Alternatively, our With-Driver service is hassle-free with zero security deposit.
For all With-Driver rentals, Rana Rent A Car assumes 100% mechanical responsibility. In the rare event of a breakdown, an immediate replacement vehicle is dispatched so your schedule is never compromised.
